Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Providers: We partner with trusted third-party shipping providers like Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, and others to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your orders.

Delivery Timeframe: The delivery time for your orders depends on the chosen shipping provider and your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Inconvenience Liability: While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery process, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, the delivery partner is liable for any inconvenience caused to you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping all over India

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that there may be certain locations where our shipping partners have limitations. If you are in such an area, we will make every effort to find an alternative solution or inform you of any delays.

As of now we are not offering In-Store pickup services.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within INDIA. We do not provide international shipping services.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from a third-party delivery partner which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at amoldoindia@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at amoldoindia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
